# NeoFabrik

> NeoFabrik is building the validated industrial memory system for regulated manufacturing. We capture how experts resolve deviations and equipment problems, then turn that knowledge into traceable, context-aware guidance for people and AI agents. The platform is pre-build. We are actively seeking pilot customers and design partners for proof of concept and industrial validation.

## Stage

NeoFabrik is an early-stage deep tech company. Nothing is shipped yet. We are onboarding a small number of pilot customers and design partners to validate the memory graph, Autonomous Digital Twin, and Intelligent Factory Agent workflows against real deviation, CAPA, and equipment data.

## What NeoFabrik will do

NeoFabrik ingests deviations, CAPAs, investigation reports, equipment fixes, SOPs, and frontline tribal knowledge, and structures them into a validated memory graph. Every resolution keeps its author, source document, and evidence trail. The memory then powers three connected capabilities:

- Deviation Memory: a validated knowledge graph of problems, causes, actions, and precedents linked to the underlying SOPs and CAPAs.
- Autonomous Digital Twins: digital twins that carry the full history of an asset, including how it has failed and been recovered, so predictions and recommendations are grounded in real precedent.
- Intelligent Factory Agents: AI agents that answer operator, engineer, and quality questions using only the validated memory, and cite the source of every answer.

## Why regulated manufacturers care

Regulated environments under GxP, GMP, and HACCP cannot deploy black-box AI. Every recommendation has to point back to a validated procedure, a signed investigation, or a real precedent. NeoFabrik is designed for that reality from day one, so traceability is the foundation, not a bolt-on.

Pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech and cell therapy, medical devices, food and beverage under HACCP, fine and specialty chemicals, cosmetics, and regulated contract manufacturers.
